The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has authorized MTN Nigeria to disconnect Exchange Telecommunications Limited from its network due to Exchange's failure to pay owed interconnect charges. Despite being given an opportunity to respond, Exchange couldn't provide valid justification for non-payment.
